개인정보처리방침
㈜퍼니팩(이하 ‘회사’라 함)는 이용자의 개인정보보호를 중요시하며, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호」에 관한 법률을 준수하고 있습니다. 회사는 개인정보취급방침을 통하여 이용자께서 제공하시는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집방법
회사는 서비스 이용과정이나 사업 처리 과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다
(1) 수집하는 개인정보의 항목
① 회사는 원활한 고객상담 및 각종 서비스의 제공을 위해 서비스 이용 시 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
- 필수 항목: 연동 플랫폼 아이디, 전자우편주소, 휴대폰번호
- 선택 항목: 생년월일, 성별
② 서비스 이용과정이나 사업 처리 과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.
- 이용자의 휴대폰 단말기 정보(모델명, OS버전, 모바일 펌웨어 버전, 기기고유번호 등), IP Address, 쿠키, 마지막 접속 위치
- 위치기반관련 서비스 이용 시 기록들
- 접속 일시, 서비스 이용 기록, 불량 이용 기록 등
③ 이벤트 프로모션에 참여하거나 선택 서비스를 이용하는 경우 별도 동의 하에 아래의 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
- 이름, 휴대폰 번호, 주소, 이메일 주소, 성별, 거주 지역 등
④ 무료/유료 서비스 이용 과정에서 결제 등을 위해 불가피하게 필요한 경우 (복구 및 환불 등)
- 메일 주소, 구매내역 확인내용, 본인이 아닌 타인에 의한 결제 사실확인을 위한 실명 및 가족관계 증명
(2) 개인정보 수집 방법: 회사는 다음과 같은 방법으로 개인정보를 수집합니다.
- 프로모션 및 이벤트 진행을 위해서는 별도의 동의절차를 통해 수집
- 회사와 서비스 제공관련 제휴관계에 있는 플랫폼을 통해 자동으로 수집- 서비스 가입 및 사용 중 고객응대 시 이용자의 자발적 제공 또는 필요에 의해 요청 후 수집
2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 고지한 범위 내에서 사용 및 활용하며, 원칙적으로 이용자의 사전 동의 없이는 동 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.
(단 이용자가 사전에 개인정보 공개에 대하여 동의한 경우와 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우에는 외부에 공개 합니다.)
① 고지사항 전달, 불만처리 등을 위한 원활한 의사소통 경로의 확보
② 유료정보 이용에 대한 문의처리 및 계약이행 분쟁처리, 결제환불 등 고객 서비스 제공
③ 새로운 서비스 및 신상품 이벤트 정보 등의 안내
④ 기타 컨텐츠 제공 및 인증 서비스
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
원칙적으로, 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
단, 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 아래와 같이 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.
① 수집 목적 또는 제공 받은 목적이 달성된 경우에도 상법 등 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요성이 있는 경우 및 내부방침 및 기타 관련법령에 의한 정보보호 사유가 있는 경우, 회사는 관련법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 회원정보를 보관합니다. 이 경우 회사는 보관하는 정보를 그 보관의 목적으로만 이용하며 보존기간은 아래와 같습니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 (보존 이유 : 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 보존 기간 : 5년)
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록 (보존 이유 : 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 보존 기간 : 5년)
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 (보존 이유 : 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 보존 기간 : 3년)
- 본인확인에 관한 기록 (보존 이유 : 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 보존 기간 : 6개월)
- 방문에 관한 기록 : 접속 로그, 서비스 이용기록 등 (보존 이유 : 통신비밀보호법, 보존 기간 : 3개월)
② 위 ①항에 따라 보유하고 있는 개인정보 등에 대하여 귀하가 열람을 요구하는 경우 회사는 지체 없이 그 내용을 열람, 확인할 수 있도록 조치합니다.
4. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
① 파기절차- 수집된 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라(개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 참조) 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
- 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유되는 이외의 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
② 파기방법- 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.
- 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.
5. 개인정보 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
- 이용자들이 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우
6. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리 및 그 행사방법
1. 이용자 및 법정 대리인은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 본인 혹은 당해 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 가입 해지를 요청할 수도 있습니다.
2. 이용자 혹은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 조회 • 수정을 위해서는 ‘개인정보변경’(또는 ‘회원정보수정’ 등)을 가입 해지(동의철회)를 위해서는 “회원탈퇴”를 클릭 하여 본인 확인 절차를 거치신 후 직접 열람, 정정 또는 탈퇴가 가능합니다.
3. 이용자는 본인의 개인정보에 대한 정정 또는 삭제를 요구하는 경우 회사는 본인 여부를 확인한 후 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
4. 회사는 이용자 혹은 법정 대리인의 요청에 의해 해지 또는 삭제된 개인정보는 “제 3조. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간” 에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그 외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.
7. 개인정보 자동수집 장치의 설치/운영 및 거부에 관한 사항
회사는 회원에게 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 회원의 정보를 저장하고 불러오는 ‘쿠키(Cookie)를 사용합니다. 쿠키는 서비스를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 회원의 모바일 기기/PC에 보내는 아주 작은 텍스트 파일로 회원의 모바일 기기/PC에 저장됩니다. 이후, 회원이 서비스를 이용할 경우 서버는 회원의 모바일 기기에 저장되어 있는 쿠키의 내용을 읽어 회원의 정보를 확인 후, 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공합니다.
회사는 회원의 프로필 정보 연동 등 맞춤 서비스를 위해 쿠키를 사용하며, 회원은 쿠키 설치에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 회원은 모바일 기기/PC의 설정에서 쿠키를 허용할 것인지 여부를 설정할 수 있으며, 쿠키 역시 삭제할 수 있습니다. 단, 쿠키의 사용을 허용하지 않는 경우 로그인이 필요한 서비스 이용 시 이용에 어려움이 있을 수 있습니다.
8. 개인정보의 기술적/관리적 보호 대책
회사는 이용자들의 개인정보를 취급함에 있어 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보를 위하여 다음과 같은 기술적/관리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.
① 비밀번호의 암호화 회사는 서비스 제공관련 제휴관계에 있는 플랫폼 회원의 비밀번호를 수집하지 않습니다.
② 해킹 등의 대비책해킹 등에 의해 이용자의 개인정보가 유출되는 것을 막기 위해 외부로부터 침입을 차단하는 장치를 설치, 운용하여 외부로부터의 공격, 해킹 등을 막고 있으며, 특히 이용자의 개인정보를 가지고 있는 서버는 외부의 인터넷 라인과 직접 연결하지 않고 별도로 관리하는 등 최고 수준의 보안을 유지하고 있습니다. 또한 만약의 사태에 대비하여 시스템과 데이터를 백업하는 체제를 갖추고 있고, 백신프로그램을 이용하여 컴퓨터 바이러스에 의한 피해를 방지하기 위한 조치를 취하고 있습니다. 백신프로그램은 주기적으로 업데이트되며, 갑작스런 바이러스가 출현할 경우 백신이 나오는 즉시 이를 제공함으로써 개인정보가 침해되는 것을 방지하고 있습니다.
③ 취급 직원의 제한 및 교육개인정보취급 직원은 최소한으로 제한하고 담당직원에 대한 수시 교육을 통하여 본 정책의 준수를 강조하고 있습니다.
④ 개인정보보호전담기구의 운영사내 개인정보보호전담기구 등을 통하여 본 정책의 이행사항 및 담당자의 준수 여부를 점검하여 문제가 발견될 경우 즉시 시정조치하고 있습니다. 단, 이용자 본인의 부주의나 인터넷상의 문제로 서비스 제공관련 제휴관계에 있는 플랫폼의 계정 및 비밀번호, 닉네임, 이메일 등 개인정보가 유출되어 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 개인정보침해 관한 민원서비스
이용자의 개인정보와 관련한 문의사항이 있으시면 아래의 개인정보관리책임자 혹은
담당부서로 연락을 주시기 바랍니다. 이용자의 문의사항에 신속하고 성실하게 답변해드리겠습니다.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that you provide or we collect in connection with our websites, including www.facebook.com/funnypackgames, www.facebook.com/fishingrivals (the "Sites") or any Funnypack game provided on a mobile platform (for example, iOS and Android)(collectively, the "Service"). Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by Funnypack through your use of the Service. Funnypack is not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.

Information Collection and Use
Funnypack collects information as described below. Funnypack's primary goals in collecting and using information is to create your account, provide Services to you, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research and create reports for internal use. We store information on servers located in the United States via Amazon Web Services and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries.
In order to use your community forum, you must register and provide a username, password and email address.
If you wish to submit a resume, we provide you the option to upload it to the site and we collect your name, email address and mobile telephone number. We use this information to contact you regarding setting up an interview or to determine if you are qualified for the position in which you applied.
Funnypack's Sites
While you are browsing Funnypack's Sites, your computer's operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring Web site addresses may be logged automatically. We may use this information to monitor, develop and analyze your use of the Service. In addition, we may ask you to submit and we may process data that is personal to you, including but not limited to your name, profile photo, gender, age or birthday, links to your profiles on social networking websites and other third party sites, user names and e-mail and mail addresses. We may use this information to create a user profile and provide you services. We may use your email address to contact you about your experience with Funnypack Sites and notify you about company news and promotions. Your gender and birthday may be used to analyze user trends and target certain promotions. Your mail address may be used if we have merchandise or other physical promotional materials that we want to send to you. If you no longer wish to receive these types of promotional materials, you may opt-out from receiving them at any time by emailing us at help@funnypack.co.kr.
Forums/Private Messages
Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs, private messages, or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at help@funnypack.co.kr. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
If you choose to use Facebook connect to use our blog or community forums, the information you provide is tied to your Facebook account. You will need to contact Facebook directly in order to request removal of personal information from our blog or community forum.
Social Media (Features) and Widgets
Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
iOS and Android Platforms
When you use any of the Funnypack games or applications on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control ("MAC") address, international mobile equipment identity ("IMEI"), the version of your operating system ("OS"), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol ("IP") address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.
We may collect your location based information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application and so you may interact with other users of the game. We will not share this information with any third party without your permission. If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, you may turn it off at the device level. Please note, the application may not work properly if we are unable to tell where you are coming from (Country specific).
In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Funnypack games you are playing.
Facebook Connect, Game Center and Google+
You can log in to our site using sign-in services ("SN Service") such as Facebook Connect, LinkedIn, Apple's Game Center, or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and resume to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
We may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of that SN Service. The information we collect when you connect your user account to an SN Service may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to Funnypack's game(s).
If you want us to delete the data we receive from Facebook, Game Center or Google+ about you, please contact us at help@funnypack.co.kr.
Invite a Friend
Funnypack may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a SN Service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in Funnypack games and/or you can invite them to join you in Funnypack games. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee. You or the third party may contact us at help@funnypack.co.kr to request the removal of this information from our database to the extent Funnypack stores any of this information.
Customer Service
We may collect your email address when you contact our customer service group and we may use that email address to contact you about your gaming experience with Funnypack games and notify you about company news and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive certain email notifications you may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at help@funnypack.co.kr..
Push Notifications
We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you game updates, high scores and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.
Game Data Collection
Whenever you play our games, we collect data about all of your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files. This information may be associated with your player ID, IP address or device ID for the purpose of providing you our Services and improving them. This data is stored within Amazon Web Services. With your permission, we will also collect your exact location so that we are able to match you with other players in your area.
Other Collection
We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in message boards on the Service, (2) your participation in surveys regarding the Service or (3) your participation in a sweepstakes or contest through the Service.
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in a sweepstakes or contest through our Service. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these sweepstakes and contests are voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We use this information to notify winners and award prizes, to monitor traffic or personalize the Service. We may use a third party service provider to conduct these sweepstakes or contests; that company is prohibited from using your users' personal information for any other purpose.
Tracking Technologies

Mobile Analytics
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.
Third Party Services
Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers, examples of which include Google Analytics and MobileAppTracking by Adbrix. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. Our privacy policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from third parties. We do not have access or control over these third parties.
Ad Networks
We may feature advertising within our Service. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you.
In addition, you may see our games advertised in other services. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our game, you will become a user of our Service. In order to verify the installs, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser.
How We Use Information
We use information collected through our Service for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. For example, we may use your information to:
- create game accounts and allow users to play our games;
- identify and suggest connections with other Funnypack users;
- operate and improve our Service;

- link or combine it with other information we get from third parties, to help understand your preferences and provide you with better services.
Disclosure of Your information
Funnypack does not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described below:
- With your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes subject to their separate privacy policies. If you no longer wish to allow us to share your information with third parties, please contact us at help@funnypack.co.kr. If you no longer wish to receive such communications from third parties, please contact that third party directly.
- Funnypack may engage other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. Example of these services include analyzing data and providing customer support. These agents and service providers may have access to your personal information in connection with the performance of services for Funnypack
- We may release your information as permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or when we believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law; investigate fraud, respond to a government request, enforce or apply our rights; or protect the rights, property, or safety of us or our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.
- Funnypack may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. You will be notified via email and/or notice on our site of any change in ownership or users of your personal information.
- We may share aggregate or anonymous information about you with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.
Changes to the Policy

Security
Funnypack takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Access to Personal Information
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete inaccuracies by making the change within your account settings or by contacting us at help@funnypack.co.kr. We will respond to your access request within 30 days.
Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at help@funnypack.co.kr. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Our Policy Regarding Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Opting Out of Marketing
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails by emailing us at help@funnypack.co.kr. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.
You may also opt-out of receiving SMS notifications from us, either via SMS or by emailing us at help@funnypack.co.kr.
International Transfer
We may transfer information that we collect about you to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
